We'd rather you read the real jobs and decide for yourself. ## Who does the work Kiran Dasgupta founded Kihan Marketing with Hannah Pepito and Shahzad Farooq, and runs it. He leads every engagement personally: the SEO, the website builds, the ads and the Google Business Profile work. He also wrote the tools named further down this page. They are Kihan Internal Linker, Kihan Schema, Kihan Indexer and the Kihan SEO plugin. He has run them for the property management, real estate, roofing and med spa clients named on this site. ## We went deep instead of wide The main thing to know about us is where the work is focused. Most of our published projects are apartment communities and real estate brands. The rest are [a roofing contractor](https://kihanmarketing.com/roofing-marketing/), [health and wellness businesses](https://kihanmarketing.com/med-spa-marketing/) and a few others. That makes four fields where we have real, first-hand proof. - **Property management and multifamily.** [Property management marketing](https://kihanmarketing.com/property-management-marketing/) is where the work runs deepest. It's also where the limits are hardest. Listing feeds go out to many other sites. Open units change daily. One corporate site may have to serve 20 or 30 community sites below it. And the software is built to run leasing, not to rank in search engines. - **Real estate.** [Brokerages and agencies](https://kihanmarketing.com/real-estate-marketing/), including ones that sell to buyers overseas. Property search from abroad runs on a longer clock than local search. - **Roofing.** Local SEO and website builds that take a contractor from one location to a whole metro, one town at a time. - **Med spa and wellness.** Our med spa and wellness work is a new site, SEO, online booking and ads, run together. The booking flow and the ads run from the same account as the SEO. That focus was a choice. Once you solve these problems for one client, you solve them faster for the next. ## We build our own tools when the available ones can't do the job This is what sets us apart from an agency that resells software. When no plugin on the market could solve a client's problem, we wrote our own. Each tool below exists because a real job needed it. - **Kihan Internal Linker.** Kihan Internal Linker adds internal links across a large site at scale and keeps the link text sensible. Large sites pile up hundreds of pages that never link to each other. That wastes the ranking value internal links pass from page to page. Linking by hand stops working past a few dozen pages. The plugins that do it for you stuff the links with keywords. We used ours to grow a real estate site from one landing page for a single development. It now covers realty, visas, island updates, concierge services and vacation rental listings. - **Kihan Schema.** Kihan Schema adds schema markup across a whole site, the same way on each page. Structured data tells search engines and AI assistants what a page really is. Doing it by hand across hundreds of pages isn't realistic. Doing it wrong gets you warnings instead of rich results, the extra detail some search listings show. The tool has run on our roofing and real estate work. - **Kihan Indexer.** Kihan Indexer checks which new and updated pages Google has indexed, so none sits unnoticed. New pages can sit for weeks before Google adds them to its index. On a site that keeps publishing location pages, project pages and blogs, that delay matters. It's the gap between a page earning traffic this month and next quarter. The Indexer runs on the roofing build described below. - **Kihan SEO plugin.** The SEO plugins you can buy are made for one person editing one page at a time. On a 250-page site where changes are pushed by code, that screen slows everything down. Ours handles the on-page SEO in a way that works at scale. ## What the tools made possible An Austin roofing company, a [roofing SEO](https://kihanmarketing.com/roofing-marketing/roofing-seo/) client in Manchaca and Greater Austin, Texas, shows what happens when the tools work together. - **Single location to metro.** It started as SEO for one location. Then it grew town by town around Austin. Then it became metro-level SEO with a full website build. The site went from roughly 50 pages to 250+. More than 40 of them now cover towns and neighborhoods in Central Texas. - **Written, not templated.** Each location page was written about the real place, not filled in from a template. That took far longer than anyone planned. It's also why they rank. We built 30+ project pages to show finished jobs. - **A Knowledge Center video library.** The Knowledge Center is a video library built inside the roofer's website, holding 200+ videos that also turn into roofing posts. Kihan Indexer, Kihan Schema, the Kihan SEO plugin and Kihan Internal Linker all run on the site. So does our work to get the site cited by AI tools. In the site's own Google Search Console, organic clicks more than doubled from July to September 2026 against the same days in 2025, from 1,076 to 2,203. The monthly average Google position moved from 27.0 in January 2026, when the SEO work began, to 14.6 in September. ## The other side of the work Not every job is a large build. Here is the rest of the published work, in brief. - **Cryotherapy studio near Seattle.** For a cryotherapy studio stuck on page two of Google, we did the SEO and built a full new website. We added a booking page on Amelia, ran Google Ads and Meta ads, and managed the Google Business Profile and Yelp page. We also built hyper-local location pages and made the site easy for AI tools to cite. From July to September 2026, its organic clicks in Google Search Console went from 180 to 761 against the same days in 2025. - **Real estate agency, Sint Maarten.** Social media and SEO. In the 12 months to August 2026, the site had 8,392 organic clicks in Google Search Console. - **Real estate agency, Panama.** SEO on the site it already had, with guide pages, near-me pages, better listings and blogs. - **Two property management companies.** For a Western Washington apartment management company, we rebuilt the corporate site, now live, and revamped community websites across their portfolio. For a property management company in Dayton, we handled SEO and social media, built backlinks and ran social posts. We also rewrote their AppFolio listing marketing. The website itself was theirs. - **Property manager, Tacoma.** Four months of SEO and social media. We removed duplicate meta descriptions, published blogs and built backlinks. We made social posts on property management topics with original design work.
