# Kiran Dasgupta

Founder and Lead Strategist

Kiran Dasgupta founded Kihan Marketing, a digital marketing agency. He started it with Hannah Pepito and Shahzad Farooq, runs it, and leads every engagement personally, including the SEO, the website builds, the ads and the Google Business Profile work.

He also wrote the in-house tools the agency uses, among them Kihan Schema, Kihan Internal Linker and Kihan Indexer. He has run them on client work in property management, real estate, roofing and med spa.

Day to day, he sets client strategy and runs technical SEO audits. He plans content, works on local SEO and Google Business Profiles, improves how landing pages convert, and sets up analytics. He also works on how clients show up in AI search, such as Google's AI Overviews, ChatGPT search and Perplexity.

On the blog he writes about SEO, AI search, property management marketing, and how to choose and work with a marketing agency.
