# Dallas Web Design, Website Development and SEO

Plus AI search, Google Ads and local search from Oak Cliff to Frisco

Kihan Marketing is a digital marketing agency. Businesses across Dallas-Fort Worth can hire us for SEO, AI search, website design and development, Google and Meta Ads, local search and social media. We specialize in med spas and apartment communities.

Whether your customers search from Oak Cliff or Frisco, we make your business easy to find on Google, easy for AI assistants to name and easy to book. We do it all remotely, in accounts registered to you.

## SEO services for Dallas businesses

Our [SEO](https://kihanmarketing.com/services/seo/) work fixes what stops Google reading a site, then adds schema markup, useful content and links from other sites. The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas says new arrivals from other parts of the US accounted for more than 60 percent of the metro’s population growth since 2016. Someone new to the area has no regular dentist or med spa yet, so they find one by searching.

- Technical SEO and site audits
- Schema markup
- Content that answers real questions
- Link building
- Pages for each community you serve
- Search Console set up in your name

## Website design and development in Dallas

We design and build [websites](https://kihanmarketing.com/services/web-development/) on WordPress or Next.js, and custom code where a site needs it, choosing the platform by how much the site needs to grow. We handle redesigns, speed work and maintenance too.

Our [ADA compliance](https://kihanmarketing.com/services/web-development/#ada-compliance) work checks a site against WCAG 2.2, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, at level AA, whether we built it or not. We use automated scans, a keyboard and a screen reader, then fix what fails. The work is technical, not legal advice.

The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, in force since July 2024, requires a privacy notice from the businesses it covers. Small businesses, as the federal Small Business Administration defines them, are generally exempt. If a covered business’s site passes visitor data to Meta or Google for ad targeting, the notice must say so and explain how to opt out.

- New websites and redesigns
- WordPress development
- Next.js, React and custom code
- ADA compliance (WCAG 2.2 AA)
- Speed work and maintenance

## AI search, ads, local and social in Dallas

### AI search

We work to get your business named in Google's AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity. That work is called answer engine optimization (AEO) or generative engine optimization (GEO).

Google’s guidance says AI Overviews need no special markup. Its list of basics includes indexable pages, readable text and a current Business Profile. Our job is to put plain answers on the page for the questions Dallas-area customers ask. Do you serve Frisco and McKinney, or only Dallas? Who supervises your injections? What are your tenant selection criteria?

### Google and Meta Ads

We run pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on [Google Ads](https://kihanmarketing.com/services/paid-ads/), and paid social on Facebook and Instagram. We can build TikTok and LinkedIn campaigns when they fit.

Growth has moved outward: from 2020 to 2025 the City of Dallas grew about 1.9 percent, while Celina, in the metro’s northeast, grew 276.8 percent. So Dallas, Collin and Denton counties each get a campaign and budget of their own, rather than one for the whole metro. We also change one Google default. Left alone, location targeting reaches people who have only shown interest in an area. We limit it to people who are in these counties or regularly there.

### Local SEO

We run [local SEO](https://kihanmarketing.com/services/local-seo/) and the Google Business Profile itself: categories, services, hours, photos and a weekly review process.

A Dallas plumber who also works in Plano may not open a second profile at a virtual office in Collin County, or add Plano to its business name. Plano goes on the service area list instead, which holds up to 20 places. Winter storms close businesses too. In February 2021, DFW stayed at or below freezing for 139 hours straight, just under six days. Special hours cover a closure of up to six days in a row. For seven days or more, mark the profile temporarily closed.

### Social media

We run [social media](https://kihanmarketing.com/services/social-media/) on the Dallas calendar: the State Fair of Texas from late September into October, tornado season in April and May, then the summer heat.

Our [brand design](https://kihanmarketing.com/services/brand-design/) work takes in logos, identity and guidelines, plus the graphics behind your posts and ads, so each one is recognizably yours.

## How Dallas splits local search

Dallas search splits by county, by suburb and by the Trinity River. The city alone reaches into five counties: Dallas, Collin, Denton, Kaufman and Rockwall. The map colors Dallas, Collin and Denton, the three counties this page covers.

1. **County lines cut through the suburbs too.** McKinney lies wholly in Collin County, but Richardson straddles the Dallas and Collin line, and Frisco the Collin and Denton line. Google weighs distance from the searcher in its local results, so a business near downtown starts behind in a search made in Frisco.
2. **The Trinity divides the city itself.** Oak Cliff sits on the south bank of the Trinity River, about two miles from downtown. It was its own town until Dallas annexed it in 1903, and people still search for it by name. A business serving both North Dallas and Oak Cliff needs a page for each.

### Dallas-Fort Worth in numbers

- **8.5M** people in the Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington metro in 2025, up 11 percent since 2020
- **57.8%** of occupied homes in the City of Dallas are rented, against 40 percent across the metro
- **902** major hail events in Texas in 2025, more than twice as many as Kansas, in second place
- **52** days of 100 degrees or more at DFW in 2026, through September 16

## Med spas, roofers, property managers and real estate teams in Dallas

Texas sets its own rules for each of these industries, from who supervises a cosmetic injection to how an agent’s ad must name the broker.

### Med spa and healthcare SEO

Our SEO, Google Ads and booking pages for Texas med spas, plastic surgery practices and independent clinics are written around the three Texas Medical Board rules below.

Texas Medical Board rules treat cosmetic injections and prescription cosmetic devices as the practice of medicine, which a physician may delegate. A physician, physician assistant or advanced practice registered nurse must be on site during the procedure or immediately available for an emergency consultation.

Take a med spa where non-physicians treat patients under standing orders, away from the physician’s main practice. The board’s advertising rule for physicians counts it as deceptive not to disclose who directs, supervises or delegates to them. So the medical director goes into the ads and onto the site.

Baylor Scott & White, Parkland, Texas Health Resources, UT Southwestern and Medical City each employ 10,000 or more people. Next to systems that size, an independent clinic’s pages should stay narrow: one treatment per page, the person who performs it and the suburbs it serves.

- Texas rules: Medical Board rules 169.25 and 169.26
- Also: Advertising rule 164.3(b)(8)
- Services: Med spa SEO, Google Ads, booking pages

### Roofing

For roofers in Dallas and McKinney we build SEO, storm pages and Google Ads, published in winter so Google indexes them before the spring storms. A National Insurance Crime Bureau study of hail loss claims from 2017 to 2019 ranked McKinney and Dallas fourth and fifth among US cities. Since 1950, most North and Central Texas tornadoes have come in April or May. So storm pages go up in winter, which gives Google time to index them before spring.

Texas makes it an offense for a contractor or other seller to offer to waive, rebate or absorb a homeowner’s insurance deductible without the insurer’s consent. The Texas Department of Insurance also lists promising to recover "every dime you are owed" as improper, so neither line goes into the ads.

- Texas rule: Business and Commerce Code 27.02
- Licensing: No state license for reroofing
- Services: Roofing SEO, storm pages, Google Ads

### Property management

Property managers in Dallas get a website from us that walks owners through city rental registration and puts tenant selection criteria beside the Apply button. Owners of rented single-family homes, duplexes and condo units in Dallas must register them with the City every year and file a self-inspection checklist. The program calls for a City inspection at least once every five years. A property manager’s pages for owners should walk them through the registration and the checklist.

Under Texas Property Code section 92.3515, a landlord must make printed notice of its tenant selection criteria available when it gives an applicant a rental application. If it rejects an applicant without having done so, it must return the application fee and deposit. So the criteria sit next to the Apply button.

- Texas rule: Property Code 92.3515
- Dallas rule: Yearly rental registration
- Our build: Property manager’s website

### Real estate

We make sites, ads and post templates for Dallas agents and teams, with the broker’s name sized as Texas Real Estate Commission rules require. Every Texas real estate ad, websites included, must show the name of the license holder or team. It must also show the broker’s name at least half the size of the largest contact information for any sales agent, associated broker or team in the ad. On social media, these details may sit on a profile page one direct link away.

An ad may not identify a sales agent as a broker, or use a title such as owner or CEO that implies an agent runs the brokerage.

- Texas rule: Texas Real Estate Commission rule 535.155
- Our client: Real estate agency, Sint Maarten
- Result: Clicks 1,545 to 2,478, July to September 2026 against 2025

## How to choose the best digital marketing agency in Dallas

Ask these five questions of anyone you might hire for search, a website or ads, and ask us too. Good answers mention county lines, suburbs and Texas rules. Weak ones could be about any city.

1. **Find out whose name is on the accounts.** Your domain, analytics, Business Profile and Google Ads account belong in your business’s name, not the agency’s.
2. **Test them on Texas rules.** An agency that markets Texas med spas should know what the Texas Medical Board expects an ad to say about a medical director. A roofing agency should know why "we cover your deductible" cannot run.
3. **Ask where in the metro they would start.** A useful answer names places, such as Plano, Oak Cliff or Frisco, rather than "all of DFW." Each of those is a separate search.
4. **Ask who will see the ads.** A Dallas PPC agency should tell you whether your ads reach only people who are in your area or regularly there, or anyone who has shown interest in it.
5. **Read what reviewers say, not just the rating.** A review that says what was built or fixed tells you more than the stars. Kihan Marketing is rated 5.0 on Google.

## Your Dallas questions, answered

### Do you have an office in Dallas?

No. We work remotely, and the work happens in accounts your business owns: its website, Google Ads, Business Profile and Search Console. Nothing we change is hidden from you.

### Do you work in Plano, Frisco, McKinney and Irving too?

Yes. Each gets a page about the work you do there, a place on your service area list and its own ad targeting. Irving is in Dallas County and most of Frisco is in Collin, so the two usually sit in different ad campaigns.

### Will you check a site someone else built for accessibility?

Yes. We audit the site against WCAG 2.2 at level AA using automated checks, a keyboard and a screen reader. Then we fix what fails, from contrast and image descriptions to form labels and captions. We never install overlay widgets, and none of this is legal advice or a promise about lawsuits.

### Can you get a Dallas business named in ChatGPT and AI Overviews?

We can make you easier to name. That means plain answers on your pages, such as which of Dallas, Plano or Frisco you serve, and a Business Profile kept current. No one controls what an assistant says, so we never promise a mention.

### Does the Dallas heat change what a rental website should say?

It can. Dallas’s city code requires the owner of a rental to provide and maintain air conditioning. It must be able to keep each habitable room at least 15 degrees cooler than outside and no warmer than 85 degrees. When it is over 110 degrees outside, an owner who keeps at least one habitable room at 85 degrees has a legal defense. Resident pages should say how to request an urgent air conditioning repair.
