# Fort Worth Web Design, Website Development and SEO

Plus AI search, Google Ads, local SEO and social media

Kihan Marketing is a digital marketing agency. For businesses in Fort Worth, Arlington and west to Weatherford, we offer SEO, website design and development, AI search, Google and Meta Ads, local search and social media, with roofers and property managers as a specialty.

From the Stockyards to the fast-growing towns of Parker and Johnson counties, we help Fort Worth businesses get found on Google, named in AI answers and picked when someone is ready to call. The work is remote, and every account stays in your business’s name.

## SEO services for Fort Worth businesses

[SEO](https://kihanmarketing.com/services/seo/) for a Fort Worth business covers technical fixes, schema markup, content and links. Most of that work goes into pages named the way customers talk. Inside the city that means areas such as the Near Southside, West 7th, Camp Bowie or the Stockyards. Outside it, it means a suburb such as Keller, Southlake or Mansfield. Each page says what you actually do there.

- Technical SEO and site audits
- Schema markup
- Content that answers real questions
- Link building
- Pages for each community you serve
- Search Console set up in your name

## Website design and development in Fort Worth

We design and build [websites](https://kihanmarketing.com/services/web-development/) on WordPress or Next.js, and custom code where a site needs it, choosing the platform by how much the site needs to grow. We handle redesigns, speed work and maintenance too.

Texas has a notice rule for some accessibility claims. Under section 121.0041 of the Texas Human Resources Code, a person suing under that code over website accessibility must first give the business at least 60 days’ written notice. The business can correct the problem during that window. The rule does not cover federal ADA suits. Our [ADA compliance](https://kihanmarketing.com/services/web-development/#ada-compliance) work tests a site against WCAG 2.2 at level AA, fixes what fails and tests it again with a keyboard and a screen reader. It is technical work, not legal advice.

- New websites and redesigns
- WordPress development
- Next.js, React and custom code
- ADA compliance (WCAG 2.2 AA)
- Speed work and maintenance

## AI search, ads, local and social in Fort Worth

### AI search

We work to get your business named in Google's AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity. That work is called answer engine optimization (AEO) or generative engine optimization (GEO).

Google says AI Overviews need no special markup. A page only has to be indexed and able to show a snippet in Search. Google also advises keeping key content in text and your Business Profile up to date. So we write plain answers on your pages to what people around Fort Worth ask. Will you drive out to Aledo and Weatherford, or do you stay inside Loop 820? Does my re-roof need a City permit? Do I need to register my rental with the City?

### Google and Meta Ads

We run pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on [Google Ads](https://kihanmarketing.com/services/paid-ads/), and paid social on Facebook and Instagram. We can build TikTok and LinkedIn campaigns when they fit.

Growth here has moved west and south. From 2020 to 2025 Parker County grew 24.6 percent and Johnson 21.1 percent, against 6.5 percent for Tarrant. A campaign drawn around Fort Worth and Arlington misses Weatherford and Cleburne, so Tarrant, Parker and Johnson each get their own campaign and budget. Google’s default location setting also reaches people who have only shown interest in an area. We switch it to people who are in these counties or regularly there.

### Local SEO

We handle [local SEO](https://kihanmarketing.com/services/local-seo/) and the Google Business Profile itself: categories, services, hours, photos and a weekly review process.

Say a Fort Worth HVAC company also works in Weatherford. It cannot open a second profile at a Parker County virtual office or put Weatherford in its business name. It adds Weatherford as a service area instead, and Google allows up to 20. In January 2026 a winter storm brought sleet, snow and freezing rain to North Texas, and schools and businesses closed. For a closure of up to six days, set special hours on the profile. For a longer one, mark it temporarily closed.

### Social media

Our [social media](https://kihanmarketing.com/services/social-media/) calendar follows Fort Worth’s own year. The 2027 Stock Show & Rodeo runs 23 days from January 15, at Dickies Arena and the Will Rogers Memorial Center. The Main Street Fort Worth Arts Festival follows on April 15 to 18, and the Charles Schwab Challenge comes to Colonial Country Club on May 24 to 30. For a Stockyards business, the Fort Worth Herd gives posts a daily hook: it walks down East Exchange at 11:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.

The posts and ads use graphics from our [brand design](https://kihanmarketing.com/services/brand-design/) work, along with the logo, identity and guidelines, so customers see the same business on your site, your profile and your feed.

## How Fort Worth splits local search

Fort Worth search splits by city inside Tarrant County and by town to the west and south, where many people live outside any city. That side of Dallas-Fort Worth is a federal metro division of its own: Tarrant, Johnson, Parker and Wise counties, with 2,735,059 people in 2025.

1. **Inside Tarrant, people search by city.** Only about 2 percent of Tarrant County lives outside a city, so nearly every customer has a city to search by: Fort Worth, Arlington, Keller, Mansfield. Arlington, halfway between Dallas and Fort Worth, has more than 400,000 residents of its own. Hurst, Euless and Bedford merged their school districts in the 1950s, yet each is still its own city with its own name.
2. **West and south, city limits run out.** More than 60 percent of Wise County and nearly 40 percent of Johnson County live outside any city. So service areas and pages are built around the towns people use, such as Decatur, Springtown, Weatherford, Aledo, Cleburne and Burleson, not around city lines.
3. **Fort Worth itself crosses county lines.** Nearly all of the city is in Tarrant County, but about 19,600 of its residents live in Denton County to the north and about 1,700 in Parker County. Ads aimed at Tarrant County alone miss them.

### Fort Worth-Arlington in numbers

- **109,225** people the City of Fort Worth added from 2020 to 2025, more than any US city but San Antonio
- **56%** of people in Parker County live beyond any city’s limits
- **11.7M** visitors from 50 miles or more away, in Visit Fort Worth’s 2025 tourism study
- **10,000+** people caught in the open when softball-size hail hit Mayfest on May 5, 1995

## Med spa, roofing, property management and real estate marketing in Fort Worth

Texas sets rules for all four of these industries. In Fort Worth, roofers and rental owners also follow City rules on re-roofing permits and rental registration.

### Med spa and healthcare SEO

Our SEO, Google Ads and booking pages for Fort Worth med spas name the same credentials Texas rule 169.28(b) puts on the provider’s name tag.

The Texas Medical Board’s rule on physician advertising treats "board eligible", or any wording meant to suggest "board certified", as misleading. A claim of unique or exclusive skill needs substantiation. So bios and treatment pages state credentials exactly as they are.

Anyone performing a delegated cosmetic procedure must wear a name tag or similar that shows their identity and credentials. The team page and each treatment page name the same person with the same credentials the patient will see in the room.

The Dallas Fed names health services as one of the main industry clusters in the Fort Worth-Arlington-Grapevine economy. An independent clinic competes by giving each treatment its own page, naming who performs it and which parts of Fort Worth the clinic serves.

- Texas rule: Medical Board rule 164.3(b)
- Also: Medical Board rule 169.28(b)
- Services: Med spa SEO, Google Ads, booking pages

### Roofing

Fort Worth roofers hire us for roofing SEO, Google Ads and storm pages that go live before spring and answer the City’s permit questions. The City of Fort Worth answers the questions a roofer’s site should answer too. Replacing only the shingles on a one- or two-family home needs no permit. Replacing any decking does, and new decking may not go over an old layer. Drip edges and crickets are required on a re-roof where they are missing.

On March 28, 2000, a tornado hit businesses at Camp Bowie and West 7th and broke thousands of windows downtown. Hail from the same storm severely damaged roofs in Lake Worth and Saginaw. In late April 2026 the National Weather Service confirmed tornadoes in Wise and Parker counties, and an EF3 struck northeast Mineral Wells. Storms here are most common in spring, so storm pages go live before spring starts.

Texas bars a contractor from acting as a public adjuster, or advertising to adjust claims, on a property it works on or may work on. Advertising or promising to cover a homeowner’s deductible without the insurer’s consent is a Class B misdemeanor. Neither promise goes into a Fort Worth roofer’s ads or storm pages.

- Texas rule: Insurance Code 4102.163
- Services: Roofing SEO, storm pages, Google Ads

### Property management

Our Fort Worth property manager websites speak to owners and renters alike, and tell each owner which City registration case fits them. In Fort Worth, apartment complexes of three or more units register with Code Compliance every year. One- and two-family rentals register voluntarily unless they have fire safety, health or sanitation violations. An out-of-state owner who registers must name a local agent. Owner pages should say which of these cases fits the owner.

At complexes of eight or more units, staff who sign leases must complete the City’s eight-hour Crime Free Multi-Housing training within six months of hire. In the TCU Overlay District, single-family zoning limits occupancy to three unrelated people. Rental listings near campus should say so.

About 43 percent of occupied homes in Fort Worth are rented, and nearly 46 percent in Arlington. A manager’s site needs pages for the owners who hire it as well as for renters.

- City rule: Yearly registration, three or more units
- Renters: 43% of occupied homes
- Our build: Property manager’s website

### Real estate

We start every Fort Worth brokerage build with the two TREC notices linked from the homepage, then add listing, guide and town pages. A Texas brokerage website must link, from a readily noticeable place on its homepage, to two Texas Real Estate Commission notices: Information About Brokerage Services and the Consumer Protection Notice. Each link carries set wording in at least 10 point type.

The Dallas Fed says the area’s real estate, construction and development cluster grew 30 percent from 2016 to 2023. In Parker County only about one occupied home in five is rented, so listing, guide and town pages there are written for buyers and owners.

- Texas rules: TREC rules 531.18 and 531.20
- Our client: Real estate agency, Sint Maarten
- Result: Clicks 1,545 to 2,478, July to September 2026 against 2025

## How to choose the best digital marketing agency in Fort Worth

Put these questions to anyone pitching you SEO, a website or ads, us included. The answers show who has looked at Fort Worth and who has only swapped in its name.

1. **Ask whose name is on the accounts.** The domain, the Business Profile, analytics and the ad accounts belong to the business paying for them, and should be in its name.
2. **Ask a Fort Worth question.** A roofing agency should know when the City requires a re-roofing permit. A property management agency should know which rentals must register.
3. **Ask how they would cover the four counties.** "All of DFW" is not a plan. Tarrant, Parker, Johnson and Wise each need their own pages, and the larger ones their own campaigns.
4. **Ask who will see the ads.** A Parker County campaign should reach people in Parker County. Ask whether it will also reach anyone who has only shown interest in the area.
5. **Read what the reviews describe.** A star rating tells you little on its own. Look for reviews that name the work, such as a site rebuilt or a Business Profile fixed.

## Your Fort Worth questions, answered

### Do you have an office in Fort Worth?

No. We work remotely, and all of it happens in accounts your business owns: the website, Google Ads, Business Profile and Search Console, where you can see each change.

### Is Fort Worth a separate market from Dallas?

For search and ads, yes. Federal metro area definitions, which the Census Bureau uses, split Dallas-Fort Worth into two metro divisions. Fort Worth’s covers Tarrant, Johnson, Parker and Wise counties. Google’s local results weigh how far a business is from the person searching, so pages and campaigns built around Dallas leave most of this side out.

### Do you work in Arlington, Weatherford and Burleson too?

Yes. Each place you serve gets its own page, a spot on your service area list and its own ad targeting. Arlington is in Tarrant County and Weatherford in Parker, so they usually sit in separate campaigns.

### Do you do ADA compliance work on Fort Worth websites?

We audit it against WCAG 2.2 at level AA, then fix what fails, such as contrast, image descriptions, headings, keyboard access, form labels and captions. Then we test it again with a keyboard and a screen reader. We never use overlay widgets. It is technical work, not legal advice, and it cannot guarantee a site will never face a claim.

### Does a re-roof in Fort Worth need a permit?

According to the City’s roofing FAQ, not if only the shingles on a one- or two-family home are replaced. Replacing any decking does need a permit, and new decking may not go over an old layer.

### What are AEO and GEO?

Answer engine optimization (AEO) and generative engine optimization (GEO) are two names for one job: getting your business named when someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google’s AI Overviews a question, such as which apartments near TCU have units open. For Google’s AI Overviews, it starts with pages Google can index that answer questions plainly, and Google also advises keeping your Business Profile up to date.
