# Property Management Newsletter

One email a month for property managers, agents and developers

A property management newsletter that arrives once a month. It is for property managers, real estate agents and developers who want their website and listing pages to follow the rules and bring in leases. Each issue is short.

## What arrives each month

Every issue has three parts, in the same order.

- **One rule change.** A change in a law or a platform policy that touches your website, such as what a rental listing page has to show. We say what changed and what to check on your pages.
- **One practical tip.** A website or leasing tip you can use that week. It might be about AppFolio listings, a lease-up page or a listing that does not rank.
- **One post from the blog.** A new article from our blog, with a line on who it helps.

It comes on one day a month. You can reply to any issue, and a person at Kihan Marketing reads the reply.

## Who it is for

Three kinds of reader.

- **Property managers.** Especially those who run AppFolio and list homes on their own website as well as on portals.
- **Real estate agents.** Agents who want a site that earns inquiries and does not only repeat what the portals show.
- **Developers.** Teams with a building to lease up or sell, who need pages live before the doors open.

## What happens after you sign up

1. **You send the form.** Your email address is required. Your first name is optional.
2. **We email you a confirmation link.** It comes from Kihan Marketing and asks you to confirm your address.
3. **You click the link.** You are not on the list until you do. If you never click, nothing else is sent.
4. **You get the next issue.** Every issue has an unsubscribe link, so you can leave whenever you like.

We do not sell your address. The [privacy policy](https://kihanmarketing.com/privacy/#the-monthly-newsletter) says what we store and where.
