Apartment community · Lacey

A sauna and a sports court come with a one or two bedroom at Carpenter Crest Apartments in Lacey, Washington.

Minutes from I-5 is the practical hook, and the site puts it early, since a Lacey renter is weighing the commute before the kitchen. One and two bedroom plans follow, spacious rather than styled.

The amenity page is where this community gets unusual. A seasonal pool is expected; a sauna and a sports court are not, and they are listed as three things a resident can actually use rather than folded into a row of icons.
