The name does not say apartments, so the site has to. Its header reads "Switchback. Trail home." and the page under it gets straight to what the building rents: one and two bedroom apartments in Lacey, Washington.

The amenity worth the space is the pet area, 40,000 square feet of it, which is the kind of number that does better as a number than as the word pet-friendly. Quartz finishes, laundry in the unit, a pool and EV charging fill out the rest, each stated once.
