By using the site you agree to them, and if you do not agree, please do not use it. They are meant to be read, so if anything here is unclear, email info@kihanmarketing.com and a person will answer. ## What these terms cover Kihan Marketing is a digital marketing agency, and this site describes its services and its client work. These terms are about the website, and the code it may text you described under [The verification text](https://kihanmarketing.com/terms-of-service/#the-verification-text), only. Work for a client is governed by that client's written agreement with Kihan Marketing, not by this page. How the site handles the information you send it, including the forms, the booking calendars, the verification text and Google Analytics, is set out in the [privacy policy](https://kihanmarketing.com/privacy/). ## Using the site You are welcome to read, share and link to any page. In return, please do not: - **Send someone else's details through the forms**, or anything you do not have the right to share. - **Use the forms for spam**, or for anything other than a real inquiry. - **Try to break the site.** That includes getting around the spam check on the forms, which is run by Cloudflare Turnstile, or sending automated traffic meant to slow the site down or take it offline. ## Who owns what on this site The writing and design of this site, and the Kihan Marketing name and logo, belong to Kihan Marketing. You may quote a short passage with a link back to the page it came from. Republishing a whole page or article somewhere else needs our permission first. Some of what the site shows belongs to other people: - **Client names, logos and photos** shown in the portfolio and the case studies belong to those clients. Who owns the work made for a client is set by that client's agreement with Kihan Marketing. - **Reviews** quoted on the site are the reviewers' own words, taken from Google. - **Other companies' names, logos and products**, such as Google, Meta, YouTube, AppFolio, Yardi, RentCafe and ShowMojo, belong to those companies. Naming or showing them does not mean they endorse, partner with or are affiliated with Kihan Marketing. ## Links, frames and client websites Some pages link to client websites we have built or worked on, and some show a client's website live inside a frame. The contact page shows a booking calendar run by Google Calendar, and the ad landing pages show one run by GoHighLevel. The footer links to our profiles on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, and to our Google Business Profile. Those sites and frames belong to someone else. Kihan Marketing does not control what they show or how they work, and their own terms and privacy policies apply to them, not these. ## The verification text When the form on our ad landing pages, whose addresses start with kihanmarketing.com/go/, asks you to confirm your phone number, it sends a code to the number you enter, by text or by a phone call that reads it out, to confirm the number is yours before your details reach us. When it does not ask, no code is sent. The [privacy policy](https://kihanmarketing.com/privacy/#text-messages) explains how your number is handled. - **What we send.** One text, or one call if you choose a call, with a six-digit code each time you ask for one, sent through Twilio Verify. It is the only text or automated call this site sends, and there are no marketing texts or calls. - **Cost.** Msg and data rates may apply. - **Your number.** Only enter a phone number that is yours or that you are allowed to use. - **Help.** Email info@kihanmarketing.com. - **Carriers.** Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. ## What the site does and does not promise The articles, guides and case studies are general information. They are not advice for your business. A result described for one client is what happened for that client, and it is not a promise of the same result for anyone else. We work to keep the site accurate and working, but it is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that it is complete, current, free of errors or always available. ## Limits on liability To the extent the law allows, Kihan Marketing is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this website, from relying on what it says, or from a site it links to or shows in a frame. Nothing on this page takes away a right that the law does not allow a business to limit. ## Changes, and how to reach us These terms were last updated on October 12, 2026. If they change, the new version will appear on this page with a new date. Using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
