(hello, Austin)

Your next customers may live in Leander, Kyle or Steiner Ranch, and they search by those names. We work to put you in front of them there, on Google, on Maps and in AI answers, with every account in your name.

(search engine optimization)

Our SEO service covers site audits, technical fixes, schema markup, content and link building.

Around Austin, much of that work is about which towns you serve. From 2020 to 2025, Georgetown grew 58.5 percent, Leander 53.8 percent and Kyle 53.0 percent, while the City of Austin grew 4.6 percent. People there search by the town’s own name, so each town you serve gets a page about that town, not a copy of your Austin page.

(website design and development)

We design and build websites on WordPress or Next.js, and custom code where a site needs it, choosing the platform by how much the site needs to grow. We handle redesigns, speed work and maintenance too.

Texas has its own disability access law. Since 2017, a person suing for damages under it because a website fails accessibility guidelines must first send the business written notice, at least 60 days before filing. The business may fix the problem in that time. The notice rule covers claims under the Texas law only, not federal ADA suits.

For ADA compliance, we check a site against WCAG 2.2 at level AA with automated scans, a keyboard and a screen reader. Then we fix what fails and check again. It is technical work, not legal advice.

Which med spas in Austin take new clients this week?

Several do. Your business lists same-week consults on its site, with its hours and a booking page one tap away.

AI search in Austin

We work to get your business named in Google's AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity. That work is called answer engine optimization (AEO) or generative engine optimization (GEO).

Google says its AI features need no special markup. It advises putting content in text on pages it can index and keeping a Business Profile up to date. So we put plain answers on your own pages to what people around Austin ask. Do you come out to Leander and Kyle, or only Austin? Are you open during SXSW week?

(local search)

Local search around Austin splits three ways: by county and town, by communities with no city government, and by Lake Travis and I-35. Five counties make up the Austin-Round Rock-San Marcos metro. The map colors the three where about 93 percent of its people live: Travis, Williamson and Hays.

  1. One city, three counties. The City of Austin reaches into Travis, Williamson and Hays counties. Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander and Pflugerville each straddle the Travis and Williamson line. Google’s local ranking counts how far a business is from the searcher. So a search made in Georgetown tends to favor businesses near Georgetown over ones near downtown Austin.
  2. Many customers live outside any city. Brushy Creek, Steiner Ranch, Wells Branch, Hornsby Bend and Manchaca are unincorporated communities that the Census Bureau counts by name. In Bastrop County, three in four residents live outside city limits. So pages and service areas use the name people give their community, such as Steiner Ranch, not the nearest city’s.
  3. The lake and the interstate divide the rest. West of the city, Lakeway, Bee Cave and Lago Vista are towns of their own near Lake Travis. North and south, I-35 links Round Rock and Georgetown to Buda, Kyle and San Marcos, and TxDOT is rebuilding its central Austin stretch, with work scheduled into 2033.

Austin-Round Rock-San Marcos in numbers

  • 14.8%growth in metro population from 2020 to 2025, in Census Bureau estimates
  • 1M+people in the City of Austin in the Census Bureau’s 2025 estimate, up from a revised 998,607 in 2024
  • 724Kmetro residents live outside any city limits, about 28 percent of the metro
  • 80days at 100°F or more at Camp Mabry in 2023; the station record is 90, in 2011

Texas sets its own advertising rules for med spas, and the City of Austin has changed what can be built on a single-family lot. Each card below starts from a Texas rule or an Austin fact.

  1. A cryotherapy chamber releasing white vapor in a calm teal studio
    01 / 04

Austin med spas get SEO, Google Ads and a booking page from us, each naming the injector as Texas Medical Board delegation rules require.

A physician may delegate cosmetic injections, but before the treatment the patient must be told who will perform it and that person’s title. Each public area and treatment room must post the delegating physician’s name and Texas medical license number. So every treatment page and booking step names the practitioner and their title.

The Texas Medical Board’s advertising rule counts a testimonial as misleading unless it carries a disclaimer about the reviewer’s credentials and discloses any payment for it. So reviews quoted in a practice’s ads and pages carry both.

Opportunity Austin lists Ascension Seton, Baylor Scott & White and St. David’s HealthCare among the region’s employers of 6,000 or more. People search for a med spa by suburb, such as "med spa Round Rock" or "med spa Kyle", so a smaller practice competes with a page for each part of the metro it serves.

  2. A roofer laying cedar shingles on a pitched roof at sunset above wooded hills
    02 / 04

Austin-area roofers get roofing SEO, Google Ads and a storm page for each town they cover, published before hail season, which here includes September. On September 24, 2023, a storm dropped large hail along I-35 from Georgetown to the north side of Austin. In Round Rock the stones reached 4 inches across and damaged roofs, cars and windows. Hail here can come in September, not only in spring.

Homeowners search for a roofer by their own town, such as "roofing Georgetown TX" or "roof repair Leander". So a repair page for each town you cover goes up ahead of time, not the week after a storm.

Our roofing client here is a company in Manchaca. Its site grew from about 50 pages to more than 250. From July to September 2026, its organic clicks in Google Search Console more than doubled against the same days in 2025, from 1,076 to 2,203.

  3. A modern waterfront apartment building at blue hour with warm lit windows
    03 / 04

We build leasing pages, listings and Google Ads for Austin property managers, starting inside the city limits, where most occupied homes are rented. In the City of Austin, 56.6 percent of occupied homes are rented. In Williamson County the figure is 33.6 percent, about one in three. The city alone holds about 62 percent of the metro’s renting households.

So leasing pages start in the city. A manager with homes on both sides of the county line writes leasing pages for each side, not one for the whole metro.

    04 / 04

For Austin agents and builders, we make listing pages, neighborhood pages and ads that explain what the HOME rules allow on a lot. Under the City of Austin’s HOME changes, a single-family zoned lot can hold up to three homes. A new small-lot use allows one home on a lot of at least 1,800 square feet, below the standard 5,750 square foot minimum. Listings for these homes need pages that explain what the buyer is getting.

Each page shows the lot size and how many homes it allows, so a buyer knows before calling.

(before you hire)

Put these five questions to anyone you might hire for SEO, a website or ads, us included. A good answer names Austin places and Texas rules. A weak one would fit any city.

  1. Ask who will own the accounts.Your business should hold the domain, the analytics, the Business Profile and every ad account in its own name.
  2. Ask an Austin question.A med spa agency should know what a Texas patient must be told before a delegated injection. A real estate agency should know how many homes the City of Austin’s HOME rules allow on a single-family lot.
  3. Ask which towns they would start with."Greater Austin" is not a plan when your customers are in Hutto, Leander or Dripping Springs.
  4. Ask how the ads are targeted.A good answer names the counties, Travis, Williamson or Hays, and reaches people who live or work there, not everyone who has looked Austin up.
  5. Read the reviews, not only the stars.Five stars say little on their own. Look for reviews that name the job, such as a relaunched site, a cleaned-up Business Profile or a rebuilt campaign. Kihan Marketing is rated 5.0 on Google.

(FAQs)

Do you have an office in Austin?

No. We work remotely, and everything happens in accounts your business owns: the website, Search Console, Google Ads and the Business Profile. Every change we make stays visible to you.

Do you work in Round Rock, Georgetown, Kyle and Buda too?

Yes. Georgetown and most of Round Rock are in Williamson County, and Kyle and Buda are in Hays. Each can go on your Business Profile’s service area list, and a county campaign can reach each one. Someone searching in Buda wants a Buda answer, and a page about Austin does not give one.

Can you handle ADA compliance for an Austin website?

Yes, as technical work. We check the site against WCAG 2.2 at level AA, and fix what fails, such as low-contrast text, images with no text description, menus a keyboard cannot open, form fields without labels and videos without captions. Then we recheck with a keyboard and a screen reader. We never install overlay widgets. This is not legal advice, and no one can promise a site will never face a lawsuit.

Can you build pages for places that are not cities, like Brushy Creek or Wells Branch?

Yes. Neither has a city government, but the Census Bureau counts each by name, and people search for them that way. A page for one of them covers what is there and the services you offer in it.

Should an Austin business start with SEO or Google Ads?

Usually both. While new pages for Leander or Kyle work their way up, ads bring in calls from those towns. The ads also show which searches turn into customers, so you know which town page to write next.

A marketing audit is the first step: it shows where your business appears when someone in Travis, Williamson or Hays County searches for what you do.
