Most businesses talk to more than one kind of customer on social, and those people want different things. A med spa has first-time clients and regulars. A roofer has homeowners with a leak today and homeowners planning ahead. A property manager has owners, residents and vendors. We start by naming those groups for your business. Then we plan and design posts for each one.
What social media management with us includes
Every engagement is some mix of the same six parts. We agree on the mix with you at the start.
Knowing who you're talking to
We name the groups you need to reach before we write a single post. Then we plan for each one, not for one blended customer.
A content calendar
Posts planned ahead, on the platforms your customers actually use. Each post has a clear job. Who uses each platform differs by age. In Pew Research Center's 2025 survey of U.S. adults, 80 percent of adults under 30 said they use Instagram, against 19 percent of those 65 and older.
Original design
Graphics made for your business, in your colors and type. No stock templates that your competitors use too. They fit your brand design, so a post looks like it came from the same business as your website.
Paid social
Ads on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, when there is a page worth sending people to.
Google Business Profile and Yelp
Neither is a social network, but for a local business they work like one. They are often where a new review shows up first. Google's Business Profile help says more reviews and positive ratings can help a business's local ranking.
Connected to your site and search
Social works better when it points to a page that answers the question the post raised. It also works better next to your SEO, not apart from it.
Social work by industry
Each industry asks something different of social. Here is how we approach each one.
Roofing
For roofers, we design social and ad graphics alongside the SEO and website work. A roofer's YouTube channel can feed the website too. Each new video becomes a post on the site, with schema markup (labels that help Google read the page) and links to related pages. More in roofing marketing.
Med spa and wellness
For med spas, we design the social graphics for each treatment. We run Meta ads next to Google Ads, and we manage the Google Business Profile and Yelp page. We can also build the booking page. See med spa marketing for the rest of the work in this field.
Real estate
For real estate, we can run social media, the website and SEO together. When search is bringing people in, social does not have to find every lead on its own. To sell a new development, we pair a landing page with Meta ads and organic growth. More on this category on our real estate marketing page.
Property management
Property management works differently on social media. One company talks to three groups who want opposite things. For Red Roof Rentals in Tacoma, we ran four months of SEO and social media together. The design was original, and the targeting was split three ways.
Owners
The revenue audience. They are deciding whether to hand a building to a management company. So they want proof you can do the job: how vacancies get filled, how maintenance is handled, what the reporting looks like.
Residents
The retention audience. They already live there. They want the practical things said in a neighbor's voice: renewal timing, maintenance requests and community notices.
Vendors
The operations audience: plumbers, landscapers and turn crews. They want to know how to get on the list and how payment works.
Alongside the social work, we removed duplicate meta descriptions, published blogs and built backlinks. Over the four months we ran it, traffic to the site doubled. Leads came in at roughly double the previous rate.
For KEO Management in Dayton, we ran social posts and SEO on a website that stayed theirs. We also optimized their AppFolio listing marketing. More on this field in property management marketing.
Dental, law firms and home services
We don't have social work to show for these three yet. Here is how we would approach each one.
Dental practices
Posts that answer what a new patient wonders before booking: what a first visit is like, what a treatment involves, who they will see. Patient photos only with written consent. More in dental marketing.
Law firms
Plain answers to the questions people ask in your practice area. Posts that introduce the people at the firm. Nothing that promises a result. More in law firm marketing.
Home services
Posts timed to the seasons when people need you, photos of real jobs from your crews, and your reviews. Real reviews only. Under the FTC's rule on consumer reviews, in effect since October 21, 2024, a business can be liable for writing fake reviews or buying ones it should have known were false. More in home services marketing.

Most businesses talk to more than one kind of customer on social, and those people want different things.
Paid social
We run paid social on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. We hold to one rule: the ad points to a page built for it.
A new real estate development
The ads get their own landing page.
A med spa treatment
The ads lead to a booking flow.
Sending paid social to a homepage is a common way to waste the budget. More on how we run it on the Google Ads and paid social page.

Questions businesses ask about social media management
What does social media management include?
Social media management is planning, designing and running a business's social posts, and often its paid social. With us it covers naming the groups you talk to, a content calendar, original design, and ads on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. It also covers the Google Business Profile and Yelp page. Each post points to a page on your site.
How much do social media management companies charge?
What social media management companies charge depends on the work. The number of platforms, how often you post, whether graphics are designed from scratch, and whether paid social runs alongside all move the cost. Our pricing page explains what changes the scope. The free marketing audit shows where your search and profiles stand first.
How much should a small business spend on social media marketing?
A small business should set its social media spend from what a customer is worth and where its customers spend time. Start small, on one platform, and check that tracking works before more budget goes out. Paid social also needs a landing page built for the ad, or the spend is wasted on a homepage.
Is social media management worth it?
Social media management is worth it when the posts connect to a website that answers the questions they raise. On its own, social has to find every lead. Next to SEO, it works with search instead. It also works better when each group you talk to gets posts made for what that group wants.
