(hello, Miami)

Someone in Hialeah searches for Hialeah, and someone in Coral Gables for Coral Gables. Your business should show up for the places you serve, be named when people ask ChatGPT or Google’s AI, and be easy to book. We work remotely, in accounts you own.

(search engine optimization)

We handle SEO: site audits and technical fixes, schema markup, content and link building.

Searchers name the exact place. People search for a med spa by the place they mean, such as Miami Beach or Coral Gables, more often than “South Florida.” So each city or neighborhood you serve gets its own page about your work there.

(website design and development)

We design and build websites on WordPress or Next.js, and custom code where a site needs it, choosing the platform by how much the site needs to grow. We also take on redesigns, speed work and maintenance.

Our ADA compliance work tests a site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We fix what fails, then test again with a keyboard and a screen reader. We do this on sites we built and on sites we did not.

One part of Florida’s Digital Bill of Rights limits the sale of sensitive data, such as a health diagnosis. A for-profit business that does business in Florida and collects personal data may not sell that kind of data without the person’s prior consent. Practices already covered by HIPAA are among those exempt. We keep booking forms to what the visit needs, so there is less sensitive data to hold.

Which med spas in Miami take new clients this week?

Several do. Your business lists same-week consults on its site, with its hours and a booking page one tap away.

AI search in Miami

We work to get your business named in Google’s AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity. The work goes by two names: answer engine optimization (AEO) and generative engine optimization (GEO).

Google asks nothing extra for its AI features. A page it has indexed and can show with a snippet is eligible as a supporting link, and Google advises keeping the Business Profile current. We answer the questions Miami-Dade customers ask in plain, quotable sentences on your pages. Will you come to Kendall or Homestead? Can a visitor flying in for a cruise get an appointment the day before sailing?

(local search)

Search across the Miami metro splits by distance first, then by city, neighborhood and unincorporated community inside Miami-Dade. The metro is Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, and communities such as Kendall have no city government of their own.

  1. Distance counts, not the metro name. Doral is in Miami-Dade and Fort Lauderdale is in Broward, yet both are in the Miami metro. Google bases local results mainly on relevance, distance and popularity, so a Doral profile starts behind in a Fort Lauderdale search.
  2. Some names are neighborhoods, some are cities. Brickell and Wynwood are neighborhoods inside the City of Miami. Coral Gables, Hialeah and Miami Beach are cities of their own. Customers search both kinds of name, so both kinds need pages.
  3. Kendall is not a city. Kendall is unincorporated, so Miami-Dade County acts as its city government. People still search for it by name, and it gets a page like any city.

Miami-Dade in numbers

  • 489,812residents of the City of Miami in 2025 by Census estimate, second in Florida after Jacksonville
  • 43%of Miami-Dade residents live in the unincorporated county, outside any city, town or village
  • 69%of the City of Miami’s occupied homes are rented, by the Census Bureau’s estimate
  • 225,200jobs in education and health services in Miami-Dade in September 2025

Two of the Florida rules below are tied closely to Miami-Dade: the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone and the condo inspections the state required after the Surfside collapse.

  1. A cryotherapy chamber releasing white vapor in a calm teal studio
    01 / 04

Two Florida rules shape the booking pages, SEO and Google Ads we make for med spas, plastic surgeons and independent clinics.

Florida requires a health care ad that names a practitioner to state the type of license that person holds. So injector bios, ads and booking pages say whether the provider is a physician, a nurse practitioner or a registered nurse. The rule has an exception for practitioners while they work in licensed facilities such as hospitals.

Florida can also discipline a practitioner for misleading, deceptive or fraudulent representations related to their practice. So claims about results, and before-and-after photos, stay within what the practice can back up.

The University of Miami and the public Jackson Health System rank third and fourth among Miami-Dade employers by headcount, behind the public schools and the county government. A smaller practice need not chase broad specialty searches against systems that size. It can pair each procedure with a neighborhood on its own pages, such as lip filler in Coral Gables.

  2. A roofer laying cedar shingles on a pitched roof at sunset above wooded hills
    02 / 04

In Miami, we handle roofing SEO, Google Ads and product pages for roofers, checking each named product against its Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance. The Florida Building Code puts only two counties in its High-Velocity Hurricane Zone: Miami-Dade and Broward. Miami-Dade’s Product Control Section issues Notices of Acceptance, or NOAs, for roofing, windows, doors and shutters.

The code’s 9th edition takes effect on December 31, 2026. The county says it changes the zone’s roofing chapter in ways that affect some current NOAs for roofing underlayments. Pages that name approved products need checking before then.

About three quarters of the year’s rain at Miami International Airport falls from May through October, so leak and replacement pages should be ranking by April.

  3. A modern waterfront apartment building at blue hour with warm lit windows
    03 / 04

We build Miami property manager websites whose resident and owner pages cite Florida statute and explain milestone inspections in plain words. In May 2022, Miami-Dade County passed its own Tenant’s Bill of Rights, covering notices of rent increases and changes of ownership. Since July 2023, section 83.425 has overridden local rules on matters Florida’s landlord-tenant law covers, including landlord fees and notice requirements. Resident and owner pages should cite the state statute, not the county ordinance.

Champlain Towers South in Surfside partially collapsed in June 2021. Florida then required milestone structural inspections of condo and co-op buildings three or more habitable stories tall. One- to four-family dwellings of three or fewer habitable stories are exempt.

Today, a building that turns 30 must have its first inspection by December 31 of that year, then one every 10 years. Local building officials can set 25 years instead where conditions such as nearby salt water call for it. A manager’s site can explain that schedule to owners, boards and renters in plain words.

Listing pages, neighborhood guides and condo building guides are what we write for Miami brokerages, with the firm’s licensed name beside its contact details. Florida’s real estate commission requires online ads to put the brokerage firm’s licensed name next to, or right above or below, the phone number, email or address. We build that into listing pages, agent bios and landing page templates.

Many international air travelers enter Florida through Miami-Dade, the county says. A brokerage that sells to buyers from abroad needs neighborhood guides that make sense to someone who has never visited.

We add near-me pages too, and social posts and ads send buyers to all of them.

(before you hire)

Whether you hire us or someone else for SEO, a website or paid ads, these five questions show who has done the Miami-Dade homework.

  1. Ask who will own the accounts. The domain, Google Ads account, Business Profile and analytics should be registered to your company from the start, so they stay yours whoever you work with.
  2. Ask about the rules your industry works under. For a roofer, ask what the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone means for product pages. For a med spa, ask what section 456.072 requires when an ad names a provider.
  3. Ask which places they would start with.An agency that has done the research will name cities and neighborhoods, such as Doral or Brickell, rather than “South Florida.”
  4. Ask to see the location setting.Any agency you consider for PPC should show you this setting on a live campaign and explain when it reaches people who have not arrived yet.
  5. Check what reviewers say was done.A star count says little on its own. Look for reviewers who name the project, such as a new site or an ad campaign. Kihan Marketing is rated 5.0 on Google.

(FAQs)

Do you have an office in Miami?

No. We work remotely, inside accounts you own. The website, ad account, Business Profile and Search Console stay in your name, and every change we make shows up in them.

Do you work outside the City of Miami?

Yes. Most Miami-Dade residents live outside the City of Miami, in places such as Hialeah, Doral and Coral Gables or in unincorporated Kendall. Your pages and ad targeting follow the places you serve.

Do you also cover Broward and Palm Beach counties?

Yes. Fort Lauderdale is in Broward County, and Boca Raton and West Palm Beach are in Palm Beach County. Each county you serve gets its own pages, rather than one page for all of South Florida.

Do you offer ADA compliance for Miami websites?

Yes, as technical work. Using automated checks, a keyboard and a screen reader, we test the site against WCAG 2.2 at level AA. Then we fix the failures, such as low color contrast, missing image descriptions, unlabeled form fields, a broken focus order or missing captions. We never use overlay widgets. This is not legal advice, and no one can guarantee a site will never face a lawsuit.

When should a Miami contractor get storm pages ready?

By April. Hurricane season opens on June 1 and peaks around September 10, but Hurricane Andrew came ashore near Homestead on August 24, 1992, weeks before that peak. Repair, tarping and replacement pages should already be indexed and ranking when June arrives.

Do you build websites for Miami property managers and apartment communities?

Yes. We rebuild the website templates that property management platforms ship, such as AppFolio, RentCafe and ShowMojo, into better sites, with a page for every property. For a building under condo or co-op ownership, the site can also explain its milestone inspections.

Start with a marketing audit that shows which Miami-Dade places your site and Business Profile already reach.
