It opens on a settled, locally owned community in a quiet corner of Tacoma, because the renters who suit this building are looking for exactly that.
One bedroom at 605 square feet and two bedroom at 800, each with its own published starting rate. With only two layouts there is no need for a filter interface: both sit on one screen with size, bath count and price, and a prospect can decide in seconds rather than clicking through a plan browser.
Fairmont Park has a virtual tour, and it is treated as a primary route through the site rather than a link buried on a gallery page. For a renter comparing buildings across Tacoma before committing to a drive, walking the space remotely answers more questions than any photo grid.
Wood-burning fireplaces, private patios and balconies, assigned covered parking, and a pet policy that welcomes dogs and cats. These are the specifics renters filter on, so each is stated in plain language rather than reduced to an icon, and the pet policy is easy to find instead of hidden in a lease FAQ.

Fairmont Park Apartments launched with a custom design built around a locally owned, professionally managed community, a responsive mobile-first build, and fast-loading pages.
The build also covered the virtual tour route, an indexable availability page on the community’s own domain, ApartmentComplex and BreadcrumbList structured data, and an llms.txt written for AI assistants.
Most apartment websites hand renters off to a third-party portal, so the listings live on someone else’s domain and the community never gets the search credit for them. Fairmont Park Apartments serves its availability from its own domain, where every listing is a real, indexable page.
Fairmont Park Apartments carries ApartmentComplex and BreadcrumbList structured data describing the community, its address and its floor plans, plus an llms.txt written so AI assistants can read the community’s facts directly. Both are part of the build rather than a plugin bolted on afterwards.
