Four listings, two floor plans. If the site does not make that clear, a renter reads it as a pricing error and stops trusting the page.
The plan cards keep classic and renovated adjacent, with the same square footage and different starting rates, so the difference reads as a choice rather than an inconsistency. A prospect can decide whether the renovation is worth the difference before they call, which is a better conversation to walk into.
Not a select-units amenity, and not stacked. Every home has one, and the site says every. Renters have learned to read amenity lists skeptically, so where a claim genuinely applies to all homes it is worth stating without hedging.
The community sits at 1221 Evergreen Park Dr SW, and the client’s own positioning refers to prestigious west Olympia. The neighborhood page follows the same framing rather than substituting a generic description of the city.
Tiered pricing on identical layouts is common and badly handled almost everywhere. Presented clearly it becomes an upsell the renter makes for themselves. Presented carelessly it reads as a mistake and costs the tour.
Sherwood Glen Apartments launched with a custom design, a responsive mobile-first build, and a floor plans presentation that keeps classic and renovated versions of each layout side by side.
The build also covered an indexable availability page on the community’s own domain, ApartmentComplex and BreadcrumbList structured data, an llms.txt written for AI assistants, and a virtual tour route.
Most apartment websites hand renters off to a third-party portal, so the listings live on someone else’s domain and the community never gets the search credit for them. Sherwood Glen Apartments serves its availability from its own domain, where every listing is a real, indexable page.
Sherwood Glen Apartments carries ApartmentComplex and BreadcrumbList structured data describing the community, its address and its floor plans, plus an llms.txt written so AI assistants can read the community’s facts directly. Both are part of the build rather than a plugin bolted on afterwards.
