That range means the site is talking to singles, roommates and families at the same time, so the floor plan page had to sort them rather than list them.
The floor plans page is a comparison table: plan, bedrooms, bathrooms, square feet, starting rate, and who each layout suits. The last column is the one that matters. A renter deciding between a two bed one bath and a two bed two bath is really deciding whether they will be sharing a bathroom, and the page says so.
The community sits off Lilly Road NE with quick access to I-5, near Providence St. Peter Hospital and the Chehalis Western Trail. Those are the landmarks that decide a lease here, so the neighborhood page names them rather than describing the area in general terms.
Landis Pointe publishes its Google rating, 4.7 out of 5 from 39 reviews, and the site carries it as structured data rather than as a screenshot. A renter sees the same signal on the site that they would see in search results, and the number stays consistent between the two.
When a building serves several kinds of renter, the risk is a site that speaks to none of them. Sorting by layout and by who each layout suits lets one site answer four different searches without becoming four different sites.

Landis Pointe Apartments carries ApartmentComplex and BreadcrumbList structured data describing the community, its address and its floor plans, plus an llms.txt written so AI assistants can read the community’s facts directly. Both are part of the build rather than a plugin bolted on afterwards.
