The widest plan range in the group

Landis Pointe Apartments runs four layouts, from a 762 square foot one bedroom to a 1,132 square foot three bedroom, including both a two bedroom one bath and a two bedroom two bath. That range means the site is talking to singles, roommates and families at the same time, so the floor plan page had to sort them rather than list them.

A plan table that answers the actual question

The floor plans page is a comparison table: plan, bedrooms, bathrooms, square feet, starting rate, and who each layout suits. The last column is the one that matters. A renter deciding between a two bed one bath and a two bed two bath is really deciding whether they will be sharing a bathroom, and the page says so.

Built for a commuter and hospital audience

The community sits off Lilly Road NE with quick access to I-5, near Providence St. Peter Hospital and the Chehalis Western Trail. Those are the landmarks that decide a lease here, so the neighborhood page names them rather than describing the area in general terms.

Reviews given a place on the site

Landis Pointe publishes its Google rating, 4.7 out of 5 from 39 reviews, and the site carries it as structured data rather than as a screenshot. A renter sees the same signal on the site that they would see in search results, and the number stays consistent between the two.

Why this matters for a community with range

When a building serves several kinds of renter, the risk is a site that speaks to none of them. Sorting by layout and by who each layout suits lets one site answer four different searches without becoming four different sites.

The work behind the website

Landis Pointe Apartments launched with a custom design, a responsive mobile-first build, and a floor plans page structured as a comparison table rather than a gallery of images.

The build also covered an indexable availability page on the community’s own domain, ApartmentComplex, AggregateRating and BreadcrumbList structured data, and an llms.txt written for AI assistants.

Live availability, indexed on the community's own domain

Most apartment websites hand renters off to a third-party portal, so the listings live on someone else’s domain and the community never gets the search credit for them. Landis Pointe Apartments serves its availability from its own domain, where every listing is a real, indexable page.

Search and AI visibility built into the site itself

Landis Pointe Apartments carries ApartmentComplex and BreadcrumbList structured data describing the community, its address and its floor plans, plus an llms.txt written so AI assistants can read the community’s facts directly. Both are part of the build rather than a plugin bolted on afterwards.

The site includes four floor plan layouts, from a 762 square foot one bedroom to a 1,132 square foot three bedroom, presented as a comparison table with published starting rates; an amenities section covering the seasonal pool, clubhouse with fitness center and covered parking; a northeast Olympia neighborhood page; a photo gallery; and an availability page on the community’s own domain.

Availability is served from the community’s own domain rather than handing visitors to a third-party portal, so the listings stay on landispointeapts.com and the site keeps the search credit for them.
