A brand that had to land in seconds

Stream Dexios is an apartment community in South Lake Union, Seattle. The homepage opens with the building’s sustainability story, a Built Green 4-Star certification, then moves straight into availability, floor plans, and the neighborhood, so a renter can get from first impression to a scheduled tour without hunting.

Designed and developed end to end

Kihan Marketing developed the website for Stream Dexios, a Built Green 4-Star apartment building in South Lake Union. The site had to carry more than photos: a sustainability certification, an MFTE affordability program, virtual tours, and six floor-plan families from studios to penthouses, each with its own availability. All of it is organized so the next step is always visible.

Plans and pricing that are easy to compare

Renters compare layout and price first, so the Stream Dexios floor plans are presented as scannable families: studio, one bedroom, open one bedroom, two bedroom, and penthouse. Each plan connects to live availability, so what a renter sees always matches what leasing can actually offer.

Content that answers the real questions

The supporting pages exist to remove doubt. They answer what people actually ask before they commit to a tour: what MFTE means and who qualifies, what a Built Green 4-Star certification means for utility costs, what the fees and charges are, and what the neighborhood is like at street level, with a Walk Score of 95 and a Bike Score of 92.

Why this matters for a community like this

Renters shortlist communities online long before they call or tour. When a site loads fast, shows real floor plans and pricing, and makes applying effortless, it turns a search into a scheduled tour and gives the community a presence Google can rank.

Promotional modal offering up to 4 weeks free on select units, with 'Call' and 'Schedule a Tour' buttons over a teal-tinted apartment interior and balcony view.

The work behind the website

Stream Dexios launched with a custom web design built around its brand; a responsive, mobile-first layout, fast pages, and structured data, so search engines can read the building the way renters see it.

The build also covered clear calls to action on every key page and a search-ready structure of headings, titles, and clean URLs.

Live availability, indexed on the community's own domain

Most apartment websites hand renters off to a third-party portal, so the listings live on someone else’s domain and the building’s own site never ranks for them. Stream Dexios keeps its availability on its own pages, so every search lands on the community’s website, two blocks from where the renter will actually live.

Search and AI visibility built into the site itself

Instead of bolting on a heavy third-party plugin, Stream Dexios runs the purpose-built Kihan SEO Plugin: titles, descriptions, and structured data managed in one place, without the page weight that generic SEO plugins add. It shares that infrastructure with Stream 403, its sister Stream community in Capitol Hill, which Kihan Marketing also built.
