The investment-sales site for Pacific Crest Real Estate opens with the pitch in one line: Seattle multifamily investment advisory. Everything after it supports that claim: current listings, the advisory story, and a clear path to the team, arranged for an audience of owners and investors rather than renters.
Kihan Marketing designed and built the site around Pacific Crest Real Estate’s two audiences. Investors get listings, market thinking, and a direct route to the advisory team. Owners get the property management story and a handoff to the management side of the business. The build is complete and in staging, launching on the client’s schedule.
Investors compare deals the way renters compare floor plans, so the listings lead with the numbers that matter: property, location, and status, presented to be scanned first and studied second.
The supporting pages do the trust work: who the firm is, how it thinks about the Seattle multifamily market, and news that shows it is active. For a brokerage, the website is the pitch that arrives before the meeting.
Renters shortlist communities online long before they call or tour. When a site loads fast, shows real floor plans and pricing, and makes applying effortless, it turns a search into a scheduled tour and gives the community a presence Google can rank.
The new Pacific Crest Real Estate site uses a custom design built around the firm’s navy and olive brand; responsive, fast, and structured so search engines can read the firm’s services the way investors see them.
The build also covered clear calls to action on every key page and a search-ready structure of headings, titles, and clean URLs.
Pacific Crest Real Estate is also the operator behind several communities in this portfolio, including Contour at Interbay, Stream 403, Stream Dexios, and Rejuvenate Apartments, each with its own Kihan Marketing website. The investment-sales site completes the set: one operator, one web partner, every property on its own domain.
The build runs the same infrastructure as the rest of the portfolio: the purpose-built Kihan SEO Plugin for titles, descriptions, and structured data, managed in one place across every Pacific Crest property site Kihan Marketing looks after.
